General Reminders:
PE
PE in Reception is on a TBC To avoid bringing lots of things to and from school we as that children come to school dressed in their PE kit. We will head outside as much as possible so please make sure children have the right clothing with them to be warm enough!
Reading
Reading books will be changed twice a week, on a Tuesday and a Friday. Each child will have a reading record. Please sign your child's reading record when you listen to them read and we will do the same in school. These need to be brought into school everyday.
Taking the time to read with your child everyday will have a huge impact on their learning and progress. Reading to them as well as listening to them read, is equally as important as this will allow them to hear how experienced readers read.

Homework for this half term will be placed inside their yellow homework folders. It will be set on a Wednesday to be completed by the following Monday. Please ensure your child's yellow folder is brought into school every Monday.
Keeping your child safe and happy is the upmost important thing so please don't hesitate to send me an email or talk to me at the beginning or end of the day. I will always find time to listen and help if I can.
