May King and Queen Summer Fair

Every year the Friends of Hollinhey run a traditional May Fair with the crowning of the Hollinhey May Queen and King. 

In 2023, due to three years of missed coronations, there were 4 sets of Royalty crowned and a huge procession took place through Sutton.

The fair also features the customary Choc-o-Bola, Bottle Bola, Lucky Dip, Penalty Shoot-out and of course a fantastic BBQ. A highlight of the Hollinhey Year!
