It is a great privilege to welcome you to Hollinhey Primary School and Nursery as the newly appointed Headteacher.

At Hollinhey, we are proud to be a friendly and inclusive school at the heart of our local community, providing education for children from 2 to 11 years old. A child only experiences their Early Years and primary education once, and I am committed to ensuring that every pupil receives a rich, engaging and varied curriculum within a happy, caring and stimulating environment, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

We are at an exciting stage in the school’s journey, having welcomed the children, families and staff of Sutton St James Pre-school into our community. This development strengthens our provision and enables us to offer a continuous and nurturing educational experience for children from their earliest years through to Year 6.

Academic standards at Hollinhey are high, and we are equally passionate about nurturing every child’s individual interests, talents and achievements. We believe that this balanced approach helps children to develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of learning.
